We truly cannot say enough incredible things about our day-of coordinators—Kalin, Allie, and Christina. From our very first conversation, they brought such a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence to the wedding planning process. Even though they were technically our “day-of” team, they were involved well in advance, offering guidance, recommendations, and thoughtful reminders that made our planning so much easier and far less overwhelming. They thought of things I never would have considered on my own—like coordinating after-party transportation, organizing our final walk-through, timing transitions perfectly, and helping us build a detailed timeline that covered everything. They also helped with signage and had a ton of ideas that were budget friendly and that they knew would make the event feel elevated. Their experience and attention to detail were so apparent from the start, and I knew we were in the best hands. Every email, meeting, and check-in was handled with total professionalism and kindness, and they always made me feel supported and reassured. Every time we met I felt better about the wedding stress. When the big day arrived, I truly felt like I could exhale. They executed everything flawlessly. Every moment was on time. Every vendor knew exactly where they needed to be. Every transition was smooth and seamless across the city of Boston. I didn’t feel an ounce of stress the entire day—and I honestly didn’t worry about a single thing. I was able to be fully present, soaking in every special moment, because I knew Kalin, Alexandra, and Christina had it all covered. It was like they were everywhere at once, but never in the way—just this incredibly calm, efficient, positive presence making sure every detail came together behind the scenes. They made our vision come to life in the most effortless, beautiful way, and we truly could not have done it without them. Hiring them was one of the best and most worthwhile investments we made in the entire wedding. Their support allowed us to actually enjoy our day, instead of managing it. If you're considering working with them—do it. You will not regret it for a second. They are absolute magic.

We got married at Ocean House last month, and I cannot say enough good things about working with Ali! From our very first planning call to the final moments of our big day, she was organized, responsive, calm under pressure, and incredibly thoughtful. Do you want your wedding planning to be fun or to be stressful? With Ali IT IS FUN! My mom and I had a blast planning my wedding. LOOK NO FURTHER BECAUSE ALI IS THE BEST. Working with Ali means your are in good hands and you’ll know your event will be a success. Ali planned my entire wedding and she knows what is worth it to spend money on and what is not worth it. Better yet, she SET ME UP FOR SUCCESS. I wasn't anxious on my wedding day because I knew Ali had it all handled. Ali was the most organized and enthusiastic person I have ever worked with. She definitely was one of those girls who took perfect notes in class with a plethora of different pen colors. Here are some reasons that she is the best of the best: - She always answered all calls, emails, and texts right away - She writes down and delivers on every detail you mention. (For instance, in our initial meeting, I briefly mentioned that I wanted to incorporate a nyc subway map into the design of our wedding and our entire seating chart and table numbers were in the style of the nyc subway.) - Every vendor, venue, guest, and person in the wedding party said she was a JOY TO WORK WITH and said she was the BEST WEDDING PLANNER ANY OF THEM HAD EVER WORKED WITH. This is important because we were treated with the utmost respect and care by all vendors and venues, which I know is not the case for most events. - I don't want to brag, but our guests continue to say that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. I respond and say that it was all Ali! - She handles awkward family dynamics, such as multiple divorces in one family, SOOO WELL. - By the end of the planning process, I was sad my meetings with Ali would be over :(
