The instructors are warm and really make you feel at ease, especially if it's your first class in a while. There’s a great mix of offerings—from heated sessions like Hot Flow to peaceful options like Flow and Gentle classes—so whether you're looking to sweat or unwind, there’s something that fits. The studio even offers amenities like showers, lockers, towels, and free parking, which is a rarity in Midtown. If you're searching for a yoga studio that's welcoming, well-appointed, and flexible in its class offerings, Evolation is a gem in Midtown.

Great yoga studio with great classes and great instructors. The options are very good depending on whether you prefer hot yoga or room temperature yoga. Each instructor offers their own version of the class offering patrons a variety of poses. Make sure to come early as some unfair negative reviews I've noticed are people complaining that they were locked out because they came late.

This experience was not pleasant as a beginner. The instructor didn’t even care that I was a beginner and had absolutely no idea on what was going on. Even when he saw me looking confused and trying to keep up he just kept going. I would highly NOT recommend if you’re a beginner or isn’t used to yoga. I even asked before I signed up for the class was it a class for a beginner and they said yes. I’ll never go back again. I didn’t feel noticed and I couldn’t even mediate and get into it because I had to keep one eye open if not both to see how to do the movements and keep up.

One of my favorite studios in Atlanta because they offer a variety of classes and all of the instructors I have had are great. I love the two rooms and the locker rooms are nice as well.
