My truck was towed here after hours. I ubered to the location first thing in morning and was met by Anthony and James in service. Very professional and I waited in there lavish customer lounge. Also offers free laundry services and complimentary water and very comfortable lounge chairs and huge TV's. I'm waiting for the outcome of my vehicle but enjoyed the amenities of this new facility. OTR truck driver here, I was in Rock Hill SC visiting a buddy and I was staying with him for the weekend. My truck needed an oil change and I was told to go to Excel. After doing some research I gave them a call and they told me to bring it in. I won’t go anywhere else if I’m in the area or if I know I will be in the area. Got the oil changed, a preventative maintenance and multi point inspection done. They are awesome. If you need work done on your truck whether it be a small job or a big job I would highly recommend going to Excel. Courteous and very professional environment.
