The owner of Gold Star has decided to try and intimidate one of the employees of the Hotel that I work at because he accidentally hung up on him when trying to transfer him to the front desk. Our hotel has decided that we will now get rides from a different company that actually gives good service to those they work with. Definitely not a good look when you have the boss of the company trying to threaten people for a simple mistake.
