I use Henderson taxi a lot. This morning, I had a driver, Moriah, that I've never had before. Now, when I say above and beyond.. that doesn't even begin to touch this woman's service.. we woke up late and I had to work. I work from home and didn't have time to get the kids to school. I found my middle schoolers a ride but my 9 year old was late and needed signed in. This amazing woman not only took her to school, she also got out and signed her in! But wait.. it gets even better, believe it or not.. since my daughter wasn't ready and Moriah was downstairs waiting, I told my daughter, don't worry about putting your hair up, just go! This amazing woman actually took the time to put her hair up in a messy bun before signing her in! What taxi driver does that??? I'm blown away at this woman's service and kindness.. I'm glad I use Henderson Taxi and I will continue to use them.. thank you again, Moriah!🩷

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I’ve been a loyal customer of Henderson Taxi for over 6 years and have never had an issue until recently. I’ve noticed there are a lot of new drivers, and unfortunately, one in particular has been very unreliable. Her name is Destiny, and every time she’s assigned to pick me up whether for work or from home she’s consistently late, sometimes 15 to 30mins late even when the ride is scheduled well in advance. What’s more frustrating is when I try to schedule a ride with her directly, she always says, “Yup, I got you,” but then when I call to confirm, I’m told no one is scheduled for that time. This has happened multiple times, and it’s very disappointing and unprofessional. On a positive note, I want to give a big shoutout to Mariah and Christy two of the best drivers Henderson Taxi has. They’re reliable, always on time (often early!), and truly represent the kind of service that kept me loyal all these years. I hope management sees this and addresses the issue with Destiny before more customers start to lose trust.

This place is extremely unorganized. They'll tell you they're on their way. Make you pay $300 for a 45-minute drive down the road and then they take 4 hours to come pick you up and tell you they're 5 minutes away a hundred times. When you call you're only allowed to call their office. Your driver doesn't even pick up so you can't know where your driver is and the office can't even track them. So they just give you an estimated about 5 minutes when it's actually about an hour. So if this is how it's run, I don't think you should spend your money here.

Mariah that works there is legit the best driver! She keeps her pick up times accurate as can be!
