Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I arrived around 4 PM and was loaded by 5 PM — the loading process itself went smoothly and on time. However, the person loading and handling the paperwork behaved completely unprofessionally — refused to speak, turned away while I was talking, and showed clear disrespect. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude toward drivers. Management should seriously review staff conduct and basic communication standards.

100% will not be back. To no reason from office staff. Very nice lady behind the counter. Took them 10hrs to load me, from start to finish it was 9.5hrs and then at that point i just hung around for my 10hr break to finish. They do have a bathroom and vending machines, I was told that I could park over night on the right hand side of the driveway to the back side of the building. But was also told that depending on the manager working There was a chance Id be woken up.

Arrived Sunday night for a Monday pick-up 0800-1600. Parked to the right in the first driveway. The gate was open by 4am. Unfortunately my pick-up number was not in the system so I had to wait until 0800. Even then, it wasn't quite right and I didn't get assigned a dock until nearly 0900. Driver check-in is the first man door inside the gate and up the ramp. There is a tablet to put your information in and a # to call if nobody is at the window should you need assistance. Folks here were all friendly, helpful and pleasant. Chock your tires!

Picked up a Flatbed load today (3/31/22). Was storming out really bad so I had to hang out for 2 hrs til the rain chilled out. They loaded me during a lull in the storm. Had me loaded in maybe 20 minutes. As I started rolling out my tarps, the storms picked back up. Almost blew me off the top of the load. Half the warehouse came running out to help me hold the tarps on the truck in the pouring rain while I got enough bungees on to keep it from blowing back off. Can't thank them enough. Would come back here again.
