NTG helped out my company tremendously while we were in a bind to meet a shipment deadline. When it became clear our original carrier could not meet the deadline, I contracted with NTG for a hot-shot pickup. They collected and delivered the order within 2 hours and really saved the day for us. The team was prompt and communicative from start to finish as well, which was really helpful. I definitely recommend!

I have to believe that one of the requirements for working at this location is you must have a special degree in treating people rude and disrespectful. I pray that I never have to work with another broker from this location ever again. The level of disrespect from Anthony is something I have never experienced. It’s all about the “team” until there load gets delivered and then they throw the middle finger to you. It’s unreal that people from this location treat carrier with such hate and disrespect. No heart and no compassion. Really Sad..

Horrible experience with this broker "team". They either don't respond to carriers or take forever to get back with you. Had no problems with check calls, but when we tried to schedule delivery and report our hours when driver was sitting for 6 hours they were unresponsive. Then would not respond to emails or calls requesting detention. Would be one thing if this was a small operation, the "team" of individuals are unresponsive, take no accountability for their lack of communication, and to this moment, I still have not heard back about my drivers detention. If we can help it, we will not run for them again and will happily spread the word. Please have Stacey Kerek give us a call, still waiting...
