The Doctor was excellent, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Once checked in, it was a 2 hour wait to be seen by the Doctor. I had to ask to find out what the time frame was going to be and no one could really tell me. I understand things happened, and would have appreciated this knowledge on check in, or do not schedule so many appts so closely together, I don' t have time to sit waiting for 2 hours.

I was experiencing some abnormal eye symptoms and needed to see an eye doctor rather immediately. My regular ophthalmologist was out of town but referred me to Southwestern Eye Center. They were courteous on the phone and empathetic to my situation. They got me in for an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. The doctor was very nice and professional. She thoroughly explained the condition of my eye and answered all of my questions. They scheduled me for a 3 week follow-up. I believe they really care about their patients.

The tech was a soft spoken, polite young man and was easy to talk with. Dr Alex was also easy to chat with and a gentleman compared to the rude old folks that he saw before me. It was a good experience and I'd do it again without hesitation.
