Although when I was looking for rental options I didn't read very good reviews, I chose this company and I am very satisfied with the choice I made. The fact that they don't have a fixed rental office is a minus, phone communication was a little more difficult at the beginning, but in the end everything went well, I received a very good car and I'm very happy. I recommend renting directly on their website, as well as choosing the right car for you, the equipment and conditions you need. I am sure that if you respect the rental conditions you will be very satisfied.

1) They are theoretically “airport” rental, and while their office is not far from the airport, they have one person with a very small car driving people back and forth. Be ready to wait. 2) is it necessary to cover the cars with stickers and advertisements? 3) almost impossible to contact, especially for english-speaking service. The phone number is a joke—you’ll be lucky to get a Polish-speaking AI 4) Bottom line: choose something else

Do not use this company. We have been waiting at Warsaw station for over 90 minutes and no one has delivered our car. Even after speaking to your customer service rep., no one has shown up or called us back. Stay away from this rental car company. Go across the street to the Marriott Hotel where several car rental companies (Avis, Budget, Sixth) have clearly marked pick-up locations. A transaction that should have taken 5 minutes will now take up most of the day, as we have to find another car and pick it up at the airport.
