Vanessa is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional & friendly. She texted a photo of the package at pickup & a photo of our door upon delivery at our office. I purchased a puppy from a neighboring state and this company delivered the pup to me within days. They were very responsive along the way, keeping me updated with with the puppy's conditions and showed up right in time for my daughter's birthday.
