I'm thankful I trusted my instincts before committing to this company for my daughter's school transport. Too many red flags to list but 1) Darren (owner/driver) doesn't have a criminal record check he can provide; 2) he doesn't have a contract to prepare for you/doesn't want to give you one; 3) cannot provide proof of insurance; 4) he only wants payment via Interac e-tsf which means payment via checking account and not your credit card so there is no way to make a chargeback... as other reviewers have commented, you need to "pull teeth" to get him to respond and when he does he has an elaborate speech about how he works with so many families at the school you need transport to, how he's familiar with the school's policies, etc. He's not even able to provide an accurate pick up time and is relying on my previous driving experience to determine when he should be at my home. It's ludicrous! STAY FAR AWAY FROM RESPONSIBLE CHOICE... SCREAMS SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Whether you partied to much, the car broke down or needed to go to Montreal, etc. Or just drop your car off at another location, need to get your kids to school or activities. Responsible Choice has many drivers to meet your needs. I love this company!

I would avoid this company. I was looking for transportation for a special needs child. I was asked to prepay a large amount. I asked for proof of insurance and a police check, which they would not provide. After one ride, was told they could not offer the service. I almost gave up on getting my money back for the prepaid service after weeks of calls, emails and texts. Overall, I would say they are unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. Maybe what we were looking for (long term contract) isn't what they do best, but our experience was poor.
