Econo out in Longueuil, taschereau blv These showers have no security features. They do have lockers just outside the stalls if you wanted to leave your valuables in there, but as right next to you they don't have. These stalls only have one single curtain guarding you from the outsides. They do have a nice bench there fo you to change, getting less water everywhere so that is fantastically fantastic. The water pressure is great and no issues with the temperature. Over all it was a great shower experience Thanks for your amazing gyms econo I do love that they are literally EVERYWHERE. You can't go wrong with this franchise of gyms, Sign up and get BUFF.

Super gym for beginners and advanced in weight lifting. I brought my wife for the free pass day and the manager was super nice he gave my wife a go on the water jet massage and massage chair after the workout she was very happy and felt welcome with no pressure. I recommend !

I’ve always came to this gym for its convenience and reliability but as of recently I felt that credit should be due for the staff, especially Krystal. She always services with professionalism and hospitality and I believe it should be acknowledged.

Great staff and they have some amazing equipment and atmosphere. Do wish more people were considerate, but can't blame the gym for that. They're top notch. Only thing I wish for is some higher weights for dumbbells. Everything else is great and accommodating.
