This place is awful! We booked this hotel for a wk bc of work! Room 139 the ceiling in the bathroom is about to fall in! The wall beside the toilet is busted up! We been here since Monday and they haven't touched our room since we got here! We had to go to the office to tell them our room needed cleaning! They came in fixed one bed(we have two kids) they didn't bring clean towels! The trash wasn't even touched! My son got sick Tuesday night and we went to the office to let the service people know that we need cleaning sheets which they didn't touch but they left clean ones! The floor is nasty! We won't be staying here ever again!! CLEAN YOUR ROOMS BETTER! ITS CALLED RESPECT and one more thing FIX YOUR POOL! Some kids like to swim on hot days! DO BETTER!

Great stay it was quiet! The rooms were clean, they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and spray degree deodorant for men and women which was awesome because I left my deodorant at home. Great customer service, I will stay again. And they had breakfast

This place is completely unsafe! I booked for 4 nights. When arriving the sheets were filthy, and the room had roaches! I was too exhausted from a long road trip to find something else that late at night. That very first night at 4a someone tried to steal my car!!! So I had to call the cops and had them wait until I was able to safely leave that filthy unsafe place. Very sketchy people stay there. And to make matters worse they didn't even give me a refund! So save your money and stay somewhere else. It's a waste!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thus place is disgusting and needs the health department to shut them down. I am still sick from sleeping there on the dirty mattresses. Roach infested and just plain nasty. They also promote breakfast but do not have it up front. They are charging for snacks and water. Please don't go there and please geothermal health department involved. I'm not from here I was just visiting.
