All in all, I can only say that I wish I could move my family more often so that I could hire Family Movers! Over all they where wonderful from when I first called to inquire about the company to when the move was finally completed. The team is well structured, disciplined and very much tuned to details as it works. They pay much attention to the organization of the move; they arranged everything in a manner that all our property was handled carefully and in the best way possible. About their customer service I can say the following – it was always friendly and ready to help as much as possible. As you can imagine, moving is not the easiest of processes, however, with Family Movers it was a smooth sail. Al and his team helped me move from 2 bedroom apartment to a townhouse. Showed up late. Not enough manpower to carry out the job. With 3 man and me assisting took a whole day and still not all the items were moved. I was told Truck is capable of moving a 4 bedroom apartment. Not organized at all. On top of everything they broke my 75 inch sony tv. Eventhough Al replaced with a cheaper version it's not the same. Very disappointed 😞. But yes they got the heavy items moved at $$$$.
