Had my truck for 2 weeks and couldn't fix my reefer problem. Had to pick up my truck in London from Chatham. They sent me home with some parts and a quote to repair for 10 hours labour. When my local tech fixed the issue WITHIN 1 HOUR I found out the parts weren't even necessary. When I asked to return the parts they said the parts were custom order and they could not/would not take them back. I paid for over 7 hours of diagnostics labour and 2k in parts for someone else to fix it in an hour. Don't come here.

OTR trucker here 20 years in the business. Into my third truck which happens to be a ProStar. I have dealt with dealerships all over the continent and I can truthfully say the the London carrier is by far one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with. Not only are their prices on replacement parts about the lowest you're going to find in canada, but on top of that they're attitude is one of genuinely trying to help truck owners as opposed to other dealers where the attitude is profitability first truck owner second. I cannot speak towards prices or attitude in purchasing a truck there but I will say this: if London carrier Center performance in that area is comparable to their performance with service and replacement parts then a prospective buyer would indeed be an excellent hands. Overall very very pleased and satisfied with every business encounter I have had with them. If you need replacement parts that are lucky enough to talk to Ryan then you are talking to an expert in truck parts and as such are in excellent hands. Very very pleased with the great experiences I've had with London carrier Center. If you need parts or International– specific service, you are indeed in excellent hands. Well done guys appreciate your good work and accommodating attitudes.

Stopped into London at 7pm on Wednesday night for a bad water pump, service had my truck pulled into the shop very fast and confirmed the bad part. Got right to work on it and with only a few hours until close and the fact that I stopped in with no appointment they got right to work on me and had me out by 8 am the next morning. Amazing service !
