I've ordered from Lovecrafts many times over the past two years and never had a problem with them or with delivery. My most recent order was placed on Sunday and arrived Tuesday morning. They lose a star for being slow to restock when items run out & for getting rid of the compare yarns function on their site, which I found really useful, but overall, I've always been impressed with them. The one time I returned items, I was refunded promptly.

I ordered my yarn and paid for delivery within 1-2 working days. So I was expecting it on the 12 July. I queried it with the helpline when it hadn’t arrived and they said they’d contacted the delivery company and then got back to me to say it would be within 48 hours. It didn’t arrive. I have emailed twice since, once to let them know it still hadn’t arrived and then, when there was no response, another requesting a refund. Still no response. And I can’t get through on their phone line. I am so fed up. All I can do is advise customers to shop elsewhere where they may get their delivery and/or better customer service. I’ve now adjusted my review to three stars as I have received my wool and received a refund of my delivery charge.

I have placed several orders with the Company and I am overall satisfied. I have never experienced any delays with delivery (God knows why they are using Hermes, everyone knows that they are utterly useless 🤷‍♀️) and the yarn is good quality and fairly priced. If anything comes to mind with regards to feedback I would say that the Company struggles to keep up with the stock, it happens regularly I think there's an issue and obviously it is not being addressed. I have been waiting for some King Cole chunky yarn for over 2 months but it seems they can't get hold of it. If this is the case then it would be more efficient to remove it from the website until it is available again. PS: I love the big yellow bags they use for the orders, I am using them for my groceries shopping 😉

I like the range they offer but honestly when things go wrong customer service wise, they seem to go badly wrong. There seems to be very little communication between the warehouse and the customer service representatives. The customer service staff can take ages to get back to you and then you can't get a straight answer out of them. Phone lines have been disabled. It's hugely frustrating. Basically they sent me the wrong order. It's been a month getting to the point where they say just send it back for a refund. In the meantime all the fabric that I actually ordered has been sold out and they won't answer my question of whether it will be back in stock. Extremely disappointing because I can't find that pattern anywhere else. Ugh. Won't be shopping here again unless desperate.
