My parents and I had the best stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. The Gold Lounge experience was exceptional. The staff at this hotel go beyond their duty to ensure you are always looked after and they exceeded our expectations. ||Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. However, there are a few to specially recognise.||Mr Sajid arranged our Gold Lounge suite for which we are extremely grateful. His care and welcome was exceptional. The concierge staff are all friendly and helpful. We were looked after by Stephen, Mark and Paolo in the Gold Lounge who could not do enough for us. We are so grateful to them. Phoo, Alfam and Cristian also gave us excellent service in the Gold Lounge. ||We also visited Marco Pierre White steakhouse and had the best steaks ever. The staff were excellent. And thank you to the staff in Bridges Bar. ||We hope to return very soon - a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is lovely, very clean and spacious. The rooms are huge. The bathrooms beautiful with waterfall showers and free standing bathtubs. Huge beds which are super comfortable and support a great night sleep|The staff are all so helpful and friendly. |A special call out to Reem who was wonderful. She checked us in and out and was so friendly and helpful, she made us feel really special and nothing was too much trouble|We were on a half board package and the food options were great. The Marco Pierre White restaurant was lovely and the buffet restaurant superb - food from all over the world to such a high standard|The pool and beach areas were large and clean, with plenty of staff to help with anything you needed|Had a fabulous stay and really recommend - will definitely return

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, and while some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, others were quite disappointing. The room size was good, and everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool and beach facilities were decent, providing a nice place to relax. However, the overall experience was let down by the food quality and service. For the price they charge, I expected much better food quality. Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming and did not match the high cost. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was very weak—slow, inattentive, and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired. If these areas improve, it could be a much better experience.

The welcome by the reception, particularly Elisha, made me feel at home. From the moment you enter the driveway and step in the gorgeous lobby, you will perceived luxury already. The room, with the view of canal and Sheikh Zayed Mosque, was fantastic. It was big and impeccably clean, with the most relaxing I ever slept in. The Al Andalus Ramadan along the beach was magical! The brunch at The Cuisine restaurant was amazing with the wide spread of international dishes including Maco Pierre White Italian where I had most delicious fettuccini carbonara I have tasted. But the best part was unwinding at The Bridges Bar at sunset while having my favorite drinks. There was so many beautiful garden spots where you can sit and relax. I also had a wonderful time at the swimming pool and at the beach. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of options. Thanks to Rosana who was very accommodating in providing whatever I needed during the brunch and breakfast. ||||I really enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahar that I booked on 2 consecutive weekends. And I am still planning to come back.||||Fairmont, simply the best!
