If you don’t have Diane and especially Rita on your home buying team then you have made a huge mistake. I have never had anyone work so hard for me, not just to earn my business but to actually work for me by making sure I take full advantage of any grants available and figuring out payments on about 18 houses that I send them and just to ask “can I afford this”.
