A wonderful and memorable vacation at Miniloc, El Nido Resorts, because of the friendly resort staff and wonderful service by everyone at the resort. The activities and tours we went on were awesome with a lot of beautiful sceneries to see. Activities included hiking, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and boat tours. Two activities/tour guides (Ben and RV) were with us from the time we arrived at the resort until we left. They were wonderful and friendly guides. Food was excellent, serving 3 meals a day with a wonderful staff. It is one of the highlights of our vacation in the Philippines. The weather was also beautiful. We had an awesome time at Miniloc!! The staff were all so warm and welcoming and always ready to accommodate our needs. Apart from the tours the in resort activities were really fun as well! There’s a turtle that comes around everyday for jackfish feeding and also monkeys around the resort! Such a beautiful place we would like to say thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!

Don't book your stay here, because they can cancel your stay anytime. I was planning to stay at this hotel over the New Years holiday with my family of 4 who loves diving and water activities. While I have booked my stay in July (way ahead of time) fro Dec 28 to Jan 1st, they have emailed me on Nov 27 and informed me that the rooms I booked won't be available. Now I am scrambling and trying to find decent accomodation during the holiday season. We are overseas customer from USA and you really have disappointed us. I am still waiting for the refund of my payment after one week and will see how long it will take. We travel around the world every holiday and this is the one resort that have done this to us. I understand nature diaster or other unexpected things can happen, but informing your customer early (not a month later). Plus I have heard no damages at any other hotels from this typhoon. I don't recommend this hotel!!!
