Customer experiences
Totally unprofessional, irresponsible drivers! Had Veterinary Meds delivered this morning (in glass bottles). Instead of placing the meds on the front step, he threw it from eight feet away. See picture of meds flying through the air. Same thing happened last time and I called to complain and let them know. The management either didn't inform/discipline their drivers or couldn't care less. Not the way to run a company and take care of your customers. I let the Pharmacy know so that they can find another courier.
Terrible service, don’t know who they contract as drivers but clearly don’t check them well. I’ve been missing my packages for a week now initially stated the driver couldn’t deliver then they stated that package was lost. Be careful with this service and what you order.
Awful, awful, awful. My item was delivered on last Tuesday at 7:05 am and left outside my apartment complex door were everybody that has a key can get in. I specifically stated in the notes on their website not to do that, they did it anyway. Of course the package was stolen and I had to call the vendor to have a replacement. Which leads me to this, new package arrives on Wednesday at their facility and I know they won't be able to deliver it again until Thursday or Friday. So they try to deliver the package on Thursday but I'm at work but they call me to explain that they are outside and can't get in the building. I tell them to deliver it the next day because I'm off. The dispatcher says ok we will deliver it on Friday, I say cool I appreciate it, we hang up. So I get home later on that day which is Thursday and reach out to them because I looked in their system and it says the package was delivered, which it wasn't. I ask the customer service representative, why is it saying delivered? She explained that package was at the facility and will be delivered tomorrow. That didn't answer my question but as long as it wasn't delivered without me being there, I'm good. Friday rolls around cause I'm off right, I get up and wait for the package to be delivered, never came. Now they deliver packages in my area around 7:00 am ish. I call, hello my name is such and such I'm waiting for a package to be delivered. Mr. Gerald what's your tracking number, I provide that. Hold on let me take a look for you to see what is going on. Rep comes back to the phone, "oh the package is here because we made three delivery attempts!" First of all that's a lie, you only made one attempt after the original delivery was stolen because your driver left it outside. I'm heated now but l keep my cool and go to Beltsville to pick up my package, cause I'm off, right. Get there and I see why the are having trouble and struggling. They have one dispatcher, packages all over the place no organization whatsoever and chaotic. I stood at the front door for like 7 minutes waiting to speak with someone about my package. I see my package not knowing it was my package sitting on a desk. So I give them my name and the dispatcher gives me my package. I say all that to say this, the company is struggling and I can see that but to blatantly lie to your customers and act like you don't care will not help build a business. All it does is hurt your business and drives consumers away. To have unprofessional drivers just drop off packages and leave them anywhere also hurts business. No one will want to use your services because if you don't care why would customers care? Fix the internal issues with management, drivers and the company itself, then maybe the company will succeed. A lot of these companies are failing because of bad customer service and drivers who are not being held accountable for their actions. No customer wants their hard earned money that they pay for a package for stolen. God don't like ugly.
In the midst of heavy rush traffic, the driver was not interested in following basic road rules. Blowing aggressively at other drivers trying to force them to intentionally block traffic from the other side just to go to yet another red light because traffic was super heavy to potentially impede traffic should an emergency vehicle need to get through. Yes, I have the tag number!
