**UPDATE - I went to a REAL dentist and he put the crown right in. No extra services. No referrals. This place should be shut down** Omg worst experience of my life. Building is a mess. Waiting half an hour. When they finally took my back the brought me to the other side of the building where there was just a bunch of dental chairs, no one else in site, and absolutely no heat whatsoever. I thought I was about to get my organs harvested. They finally talk to me and then ask that I go pay for the services before they even start anything. I literally had to get up, try to find my way to the front desk, tell them what I'm paying for, then wander back to the chair by myself. He told me he'd cement my crown back in... not one but of cement was on the crown or tooth. He literally pretended to put my crown back on. Told be to let it sit 5 min while he got be a referral for a tooth implant... he probably gets kick backs. It wasn't 5 seconds before the crown fell out of my mouth. No cement anywhere. He decided before he even looked that i need an implant. This place should be shut down. It's disgusting.

I had an exceptional experience at Familia Dental, thanks to Dr. Shah and the wonderful dental hygienist, Bella. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. Shah took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered all of my questions with such patience and care. His expertise is evident, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit. Bella, the dental hygienist, was equally fantastic. She was gentle yet efficient during the cleaning, and I appreciated how she made sure I was comfortable at all times. Her attention to detail and professionalism were impressive. It's clear that both Dr. Shah and Bella truly care about their patients and their well-being. The entire team at Familia Dental made my visit a pleasant one, and I left feeling confident in my dental health. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I went in for a cleaning and let them know I wanted to get my wisdom tooth extracted "eventually". They took my X-rays and give me a referral. They did let me know i would need a deep cleaning again. It would take about two weeks to get a clear from the insurance. I Got a prescription from them and that ended my appointment. But I did have to wait a while which I get they have more patients. A pretty basic visit, very neutral experience 😁

I recently visited Dr. Hemang Shah for a wisdom tooth extraction and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The assistants made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience. I was taken 10 minutes before my appointment time ! The entire process was smooth and efficient which helped ease my nerves before I even sat down on the chair. Dr. Shah and his team took great care to explain everything that would happen during the extraction. Much care was given during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. After the procedure they provided clear post-operative instructions which were easy to understand. I was also impressed that the staff had already contacted my insurance company to help cover the costs. Overall my experience with Dr. Hemang Shah and his team was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care.
