If I was able to give this business a ten rating I would. This shop has the ultimate team of employees. The customer service is like none I have ever experienced, from the service advisor to all the mechanics and the owner Nate. Everyone called me by name the 2nd time I entered the shop which blew me away since I had only been in there the day I dropped my truck off. The friendliness and professionalism was exemplary. They kept me informed every step of the way. They sent me pictures of the work that needed completed and went over pricing with me. They did not pressure me in anyway just gave me the options. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an elite team to work on their vehicle. Thank you to Chris and Eric for all that you did to keep me informed and educated. Bonus was my favorite pro spec formula drifter Jack Davis did the work on my truck. I'll be rooting you !! Thank you all for your amazing customer service and superior workmanship. I had my 2016 Ford F150 towed in. It was leaking out oil all over, running rough while idling, and die at times. Team One was amazing. They got it right in, did diagnostic, called me with prices, parts, what needed to be done. Their communication skills were fantastic. It was during New Years Eve so I knew they would be closed but they had it finished in a day and 1/2 of working on it. They filled me in with every detail of what was wrong with it, what they had done. Alway kept me informed if price was going to go up or if other things needed to be done. I highly recommend them. They are very honest and to the point. When I picked up my truck they even fully cleaned it, and vacuumed it. I really appreciate this. I will definitely be using them again if I need to
