My children are 5 and we've been coming to Smiletown Cambridge since they had their first dental appointment at age 2. We've only ever had very positive experiences here. The hygienists we've had (Raquel the last few times) have always been wonderful with the kids, patient and kind and the dentist is great as well. We've always had a smooth experience and they do bill directly to our insurance. The play area is obviously super fun and special! Our kids have not had cavities or major issues yet so we haven't had to deal with sedation and so on. 🤞 I'm hoping that isn't something we have to deal with soon because it seems most negative reviews and experiences come from that.

We had a great experience at SmileTown in Cambridge. I’d like to thank Dr. Gavin and his team for taking such good care of my son during his procedure. From start to finish, everybody at the office was kind and professional. The treatment plan was explained in detail to me and was quite reasonable. There were no surprises in terms of cost and insurance coverage. The facility is kid friendly, the team is experienced, their policies and procedures follow the most recent standards and guidelines. We were referred here for procedural sedation and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed in the future.

My daughter had her 1st ever dentist appointment with Keri. Let me tell ya! SmileTown Cambridge is an absolutely amazing experience for the little ones! Dr. Dave and Keri are absolutely AMAZING! Play place for kids, kids get a nice surprise at the end. As a worrying parent, I'm glad I decided to go to SmileTown!!!!
