Well, I will give them credit where credit is due: a NP found a major problem with my thyroid, and she was extremely kind & compassionate. Her nurse, however, was not. I will say that I was extremely hyper emotional, losing a rapid amount of weight, and absolutely beside myself due to how I was feeling, but all of that was due to the hyper thyroid. What upset me the most was the nurse, who I talked to on the phone several times, making it unnecessarily difficult for me to get my thyroid ultrasound before I moved. Because I didn’t get this done, my care was delayed by months, and I do have nodules on my thyroid that will require some intervention. Someone did go to the trouble to try and send me certified mail (I’m assuming to fire me from the clinic as a patient), instead of trying to actually help me get the ultrasound, but I had already moved. Thankfully, I’m in a place now where people don’t behave that way, and I’m receiving the care that was unnecessarily delayed by the nurse at this clinic. And I’m of sound mind….it’s amazing what a little understanding and compassion means to someone going through a significant medical issue. I do not recommend this clinic.

They got me in quickly and helped me. The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you don’t wanna get treated like trash by the receptionist the minute you walk through the door then do NOT go here. People are sick, she’s rude and has no business at that front desk waiting on sick people. Rude. Zero compassion for the sick. And not helpful. I needed up leaving without being seen. They’re not getting my money

Among the two TrustCare clinics in Highland Colony, I’ve visited this clinic for Covid testing. The check in process was simple and fast. They send you a message to the link via cell phone. You put your information and chief complaints on the phone while waiting in the waiting room. The nose swap and the testing result came back within 10 minutes and I was seen by NP shortly after. All the staffs were nice! They took my insurance and I had to pay my co-pay. Overall, it was pleasant In-N-Out experience. Love the waiting room area with large windows and much sunlights!
