Im so glad you were open the Saturday after Thanksgiving!! I felt terrible but the NP on duty was awesome(I'm so sorry I cant remember her name) although she did tell me. She was very kind and listened to all my concerns and treated me very professionally and most importantly, FRIENDLY! Although my walk-in visit took longer than I expected(not longer than 1 1/2 hours but only because yall were short-staffed), her optimism made it all worth the wait! I highly recommend going in for a visit especially if you're provider is closed. Please forward this to whomever the young lady, NP, is and let her know that she is definitely in the field she was called to do!! 10/10

I really appreciate the young lady that took my vitals, she treated me like a person with real emotions, she recognized my feelings as being valid. In that moment I was really upset and extremely sad and I couldn’t really control it because of the situation. I’m grateful. Now the N.P that came in, I think she was empathetic, but she gave a vibe that I can’t quite put my finger on. I appreciate her for giving me the tissue because I was visibly upset. I appreciate her providing an educated explanation and listening to me. She did her job.

They were definitely on top of everything. I had a bee sting 🐝 in the waiting area they quickly got me a cold pack and ask me was I allergic to them. Thank goodness I’m not but they gave me a Kleenex and I released the bee outside because there is a shortage on bees 🐝. They were definitely 💯 on top of everything. This was my first visit.
