Firefly RaineThe building was exceptionally clean. The medical personnel saw me promptly & explained every thing they did. They asked pertinent questions & made me understand how to care for my wound. I forgot the young lady's name that helped me. But she was really good. The reason for 4 stars is because she said she'd send 3 meds & pharmacy only had 2. I called back immediately, but was told she'd gone. But she'd be at the Columbia office to talk to her on Wednesday. Since I don't remember her name, I would expect that to be hard. But they were gracious & took good care of me!

However, the receptionist could have been more welcoming and courteous. Her attitude made the check-in process less pleasant than the rest of the visit. Other than that, I was satisfied with the care I received.
