I’ve visited Fast Pace three times over the past four years. Every single time, they’ve billed my visit incorrectly—coding a standard, non-emergency visit as an “emergency” and charging me an extra $115 on top of my copay. This pattern has happened consistently, and whether it’s due to negligence or something more intentional, it feels like a scheme to overcharge patients. Disputing the charges is a frustrating waste of time, and it shouldn’t be on the patient to fix their repeated mistakes. That said, the staff themselves have always been great—professional, kind, and clearly well-equipped. But unfortunately, the billing issues are enough to make me never come back. simply isn’t worth the hassle.
