I saw Kelly Barnett and I’d have to say, she is one of the best urgent care providers that I’ve been to in a while. She was friendly and kind to me when I wasn’t feeling my best. Her diagnosis was spot on, and the treatment she recommended is working. Thank you!

Went to get a sports physical for my child. Called earlier in the day, but they said they didn’t take appointments and just to be there by 7:30pm. Got there 10 mins to close and they wouldn’t take us because they were full, yet I didn’t see anyone around and the sign on the door in neon said OPEN. The long haired guy at the front had that classic I am here not to help in any way look…that kind of attitude that you just know he takes pleasure in turning ppl away. All good, tho. I called Gateway Urgent Care and they took us in even tho they closed in 10 minutes AND it was $20 cheaper.

Scheduled a preferred time through the website and was actually seen earlier than that. From intake all the way through to evaluation and diagnosis, everything was very professional, thorough and helpful. The needed prescription was requested seemingly immediately and I was well on my way to feeling better! Everyone was so courteous and conscientious.
