I walked in for a wheezy cough but since their one and only person that knew how to login to a computer for the credit card machine was out, they would only take a check or cash. Its 2025 people!! Get with the times! And why would you only have one person there that can signin for online credit payments?! Bad management! I suggested they just bill me or email me an invoice so I could pay and they wouldn’t do that either. Sad to see people so stuck and uneducated. They wouldn’t see or treat me

Well my first 2 visits were awesome ! They were quick but still took time for what we needed. Then next 2 visits took a little longer but still reasonable. My last visit however was plain awful!! We were therefore 2 hours! I asked if thought I would be able make my appointment was told yes no problem.....then was left waiting well pass the time I was assured to be out there by. Then didn't even call the medicine into pharmacy I had to call ask them to. Then they called in the very medicine I told them couldn't take. I really thought might have a awesome place for a minute but after last visit and way we were ignored, wasn't listened to and just made feel like we were bothering someone I just won't be back. 3 stars is 4 my first few visits!!! How about they charged me almost 400 for each visit never once told me didn't accept my insurance!! I received bills for each visit about 5 visits now....at 400 each......just why??? HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!! AND I EVEN ASKED IF TOOK MY INSURANCE BEFORE 1ST VISIT
