This was the BEST urgent care experience I've had my entire life! Super quick treatment, kind staff, and an all around wonderful time. Absolutely made my day. Shoutout to all of the staff there. You are doing an amazing job and are helping so many people! 100% I would recommend coming here. I made an appointment online 30 minutes before, and was in and out in 10 minutes with test results and a prescription. Phenomenal!!

Worst walk in clinic. You can book an apt online , get there 10 min early and still wait 45 min to TWO HOURS before they will see you. Walk in drug test people will get to cut you and have priority over your sick children who desperately need care. This has happened to my family multiple times. Will never go here again. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALK IN CLINIC!!! Care Now by Publix is fast, clean and they actually care about you and your childrens well being.

I normally like this place. Ms. Christine is an AMAZING professional provider. My 6 year old autistic child adores her and will let Christine examine her no problem. However, Christine was not there when we went and the “doctor” we got stuck with was horrible. I have a child with a history of ear infections, strep, bronchitis, tonsillitis and pneumonia. This man never even checked her throat or lungs and I had to beg him to check her ears, twice. For me he said i had an infection in my mouth (yes i do) but said it was somewhere where it wasn’t (this was confirmed by my dentist the next day). He was pushy and rude. Call to see what providers are there before you go.

As far as the PA goes...she was very nice & knowledgeable, BUT as far as prices HOLY CRAP! $250 to look at my thumb, then prescribe an antibiotic & they requested my debit card to be put on file. Instead of calling me & asking when I was making a payment, they just hit the button to take it out of my checking automatically!!! I don't get paid until tomorrow so I could have possibly been overdrawn due to this. NOT COOL AT ALL!!!! I will NOT be back if that is how you do business
