Just left a minute ago and they had me and my mom up in there for TWO HOURS because they forgot about us. Took my urine then had us sitting there for an hour. Didn't say anything to us. Didn't tell us we could leave, actually the opposite. When asked what we were waiting for she said just to go back in the room and the doctor would be with us. Then an hour passed , no doctor, and she told us we could leave because all they needed was urine. Not to mention the 30+ minutes in the waiting room despite no one else being there when we got there. Nothing about this urgent care is urgent, only incompetent.

Customer service is fantastic. Staff very caring, knowledgeable, and timely. Prescriptions were send to pharmacy immediately, and the facility was very clean. Dr Addy is definitely cares about her patients and invited me to call back if my conditions didn’t improve.
