Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Philadelphia - MS

This was a really good experience. The sign in and administration process was fast and easy. I was allowed to go sit in my vehicle to wait and they called me when it was time to go back. I've hated going to the Dr because of waiting room agony. They told me an hour with 5 people in front of me it was pretty much exactly an hour. Got in, they listened no matter how incoherent my explanation of bodily issues for a good minute. Continued to get great service and feedback seeing the Dr. I'm gonna say best experience I've had anywhere in a Dr office. 10 out of 10.

Receptionist was very polite and professional, as was the staff. My only area of disappointment was in the time that it took the NP to see me. There was only one patient ahead of me when I walked in the clinic. I was called back to the patient room within 10 minutes. I then waited in the room for 55 minutes before the NP made it in and then had to wait another 35 minutes to get my shots. Again, all were very polite and professional but timeliness in getting patients in and out needs to be an area of focus. When I can out almost 2 hours later, the waiting room was full of patients.

I would not recommend this pace to anyone. I do a medical card less than a year with fast pace in Philly. With this new rules coming on July, they want to charge back again another $150 medical card in order to submitted ! Other clinics are re- uploading medical cards like mine than are not expired . Mine still have a year before expire. Seems like they don’t want to do it right ! Like I say …. I know by tact’s than other clinics are taking this matter like they suppose to! So fast pace have a lot of issues uploading papers , but no problem at all charging twice !
