I thought it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The nurse that took my vitals was very friendly and talkative, and I love the nurse practitioner. I thought that he was thorough, informative, and friendly.

I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Rheann Mays. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my 8:45 appointment but wasn’t seen until 9:50 a.m.—over an hour late. I went in seeking treatment for a week-long loss of voice and severe congestion. Instead, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. When I asked for medication, I was told it “wouldn’t help” and that she could not “magically make me better.” She repeatedly shook her head “no” while I was speaking and only suggested drinking hot tea. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt argued with throughout the appointment. I do not recommend to anyone who expects to be heard, respected, and treated professionally. Patients deserve compassion, care, and respect—this visit fell far short of that standard.

I saw Hector yesterday. He was amazing! I wish he could be my PCP. Best doctor I’ve seen in a long time! Took his time with me and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend seeing Hector next time you visit a urgent care!
