I originally went to the other Smyrna location of Health Pace and ended up waiting almost an hour just to get a simple drug test for work. After waiting, I asked if there were other locations nearby, and they directed me to the Almaville location. THANK GOODNESS! At the Almaville location, I was in and out in about 25 minutes. The staff there was amazing—efficient, friendly, and they took great care of me. Highly recommend going to the Almaville location if you want fast and professional service! Plenty of parking clean and well lit.

When I stepped in the door, the front desk lady listened to my problem and told me what to do.my doctor Tola Bamidele listened to all of my concerns , treated me like family and with respect. Tola made sure I felt comfortable and that I would recover safely at home. Suzanne called me and talked to me with so much respect and concern with my labs. The best patient care I have ever recieved. I will return.

I twisted foot and couldn’t not walk. The provider checked and gave me her idea with crutches and boot. No x-ray so in the next day, went to another branch nearby, and the X-ray tech is great and gentle. He fixed what I needed. Great collaboration. Quick move and right eyesight!

We waited for nearly an hour to be seen for a sports physical. There was no one else in the office waiting. We paid for the physical in full ($25) Later that week we received an email, phone call and text stating we owe $130 and needs to be paid in 3 days or our card will be charged. I thought for sure this was a scam especially since the phone numbers were bogus and invalid. I called the actual office and they said it was on our bill but was a mistake. They removed the charge. It was a good visit overall but experience could have been better especially the whole billing.
