I'm so blessed this place is in Watertown. I live in considered Watertown but I live in the country and it's not far from me at all and my gynecologist office told me with the symptoms I was having sound like a UTI and a bad one to. Please don't wait if I can get into a walk-in clinic and she asked me if if we had a walk-in clinic I said yes and water down. She said get there now call them so I did and I'm so blessed because they did a urine test and I definitely had a bad UTI and due to my pharmacy Watertown drugs being closed they went ahead and gave me a shot in my hip and I'll pick up my medicine tomorrow. I really appreciate them getting me in and taking good care of me and talking to me. The lady up front was awesome. Michelle and she's the one who gave me my shot. The nurse was awesome and the doctor that was there usually works in emergency rooms and he would happen to be at that location. Josh, he was awesome! Very knowledgeable about my Crohn's disease that I have along with what was going on and was very knowledgeable about a UTI and how it works and the medication he was putting me on and how it works. And I really appreciate all of y'all and thank you so much for your service for what you do cuz I would have hated to how to go in tomorrow and then wait. However, many days it took for our culture to come back for him to say I had a bad on anything and still suffer until I receive some kind of medicine for it. Thank you so much for your time. Your patience and your excellent care of me. If you have any kind of problems, anybody this is a awesome place to go if you need to get to see somebody that day!

I am very satisfied with my experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and was asked why I was there and then asked to fill out my information. Not being familiar with the machine you put your information in(Melissa) was very kind and walked me through it. When I was seen by NP (Tracy) knew exactly what I was going through and diagnosed it immediately. I was greeted, treated and had a very good experience in about an hour & half. I would recommend them to anyone. From out of state and didn't know where to go I am totally happy with fast-paced health.

The drs and staff are wonderful. They listen to you and take their time. I found a new walk in clinic for my kids and I. An, I would recommend anyone to go here.

Even though I preregistered and arrived early I was at least 30 minutes even getting in a room. The Nurse was very friendly. The Dr would not give me an antibiotic as she deemed my condition as viral. I told her I had yellow coming out of my nose. She said that was just inflammation. I only got something for the cough. I continued to worsen so I went to another walk in clinic on Thursday. This Dr said if I wasn’t better in 72 hours she would do further testing. She gave me an antibiotic as I also had a sinus infection. While I still have this wicked cough I am finally clearing up. I know Dr’s don’t like to give antibiotics unnecessarily but my condition warranted one. I just don’t think she looked at the entire picture. I did have an upper respiratory infection but she totally missed the sinus infection that went along with it. So I ended up spending $150 in copays.
