Fawley Door just installed a new opener for me and from the first phone call to the finished install. The service was exceptional. The tech Gavin was outstanding in every way , very professional and answered all my questions with a smile. He did an outstanding job and I would refer him to anyone. Fawley Overhead Door installed two 9 x 7 insulated garage doors and two (self purchased) Genie belt drive garage door openers. The service technician was Jacob Stiger, He was a friendly man and explained what he needed to do. He set up the new doors on tables in the garage and started removing the existing doors and started putting them in his truck to haul away. He was very skilled at assembling the rails and doors and did a very good job at getting everything working correctly. He assembled both openers and had them working perfectly before he cleaned up and headed out. I thought he definitely did a great job. Jacob worked steadily for about 6 hrs in the coldest day so far this fall.

Amazing company and staff I can’t say enough great things about this company! Mishaps happen but I made a few calls and the same day Fawleys was here looking at the damage and getting me a very fair quote and everything we needed was in stock and it was a 18’ door. They had the best price around and the job was done amazingly well. super sealed door I can’t even hear it opening. Everything was cleaned up my old door was taken away. I hope I don’t ever have to replace my door again but if I do this company will be my first and last call because I will not call any other company.
