The team at Winkworths were, on the whole very good. The sales team always kept us informed about viewings and followed up on feedback from viewings. Donna, in particular was amazing and helped us go from offer to completion within 6 weeks. However, I have dropped them a star for not knowing what was happening to Andover Road (I had to supply the information) and not explaining to buyers that there was potential for side access by simply installing a gate.
