We stayed three nights. 1st time in awhile that housekeeping actually changed my sheets during my stay, without request. They provided fresh towels daily with out request and without counting the towels we returned. There was actually a continental breakfast instead of the bait and switch, we don't do that anymore since covid response. Foreign Management was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a fridge and microwave. Price was right. Location is great. It was a quiet, relaxing stay.

The staff were perfectly fine. The building and rooms were not. I was given a non smoking room that had a permanent smoke odor and had smoke stains on the walls. There were mold stains in the bathroom. The electrical outlet/switch cover by the bathroom vanity was broken and exposed the electrical switches behind the cover. The towel rack in the bathroom was mounted so poorly that half of it had shifted down and it was at and angle. The air conditioner fan squealed constantly and did not cool the room. The door did not sit flush in the doorframe, and the sliding door lock was broken in a way that was indicative of someone breaking into the room. Also, the smoke detector has been covered with a plastic bag so it was non-functional. When I told the staff about these items they were courteous and said they would let maintenance know about them. We never saw or heard from maintenance. We were only staying one night, so we did not follow up. We did not feel safe in our room. I will not return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone.

Location only is good but as far as the room it smells bad, the carpet is so dirty that needs to be replaced, behind the entrance door room a big whole, kind there was a fight or so before, the shower head in bathroom is not well fixed & the water goes by one direction only then last one a burn sheet bed cover with cigarette from previous guest. The funny thing also is about the door note that is to be used as don t disturb-- " it says-- " say hello to sleeping like a rock star "😁😁😁

Positive: The mattress in my room was outstanding. I had the best night's sleep I have had at a hotel in years. I'm a real Goldilocks about mattresses and usually I have restless nights. If I could have fit that mattress in my car I would have taken it with me Negative: The tub in my room was really beaten up. The surface was very rough and chipped. I'm sure it was clean but I just didn't want to use it. The whole room was very clean and otherwise comfortable. It was obviously well attended too.
