I’ve trained with both Charles (Chuck) and Frank each for about a year or more. They are more than just amazing trainers. I felt my best and had the best buddies to talk and train with. Always looking forward to every single session. They each have their expertise and are very knowledgeable. 100% worth the investment to better yourself. Hitting those deadlifts hit different when they’re hyping you up. 😎 💪🏻

Frank has been my trainer for many years and there is a reason why. He is a phenomenal coach!! He is extremely knowlegeable and experienced (has helped me strengthen and work through TWO injuries - huge improvement thanks to Franks knowledge of physiology). He is fun, funny, kind and tremendously supportive. I always have fun with Frank and never let's me leave a session without challenging me to do my absolute best which I always appreciate!!

I’ve been to plenty of gyms in the toronto area in my time and Ether is one of the best if not the best. Frank and Chuck are super knowledgeable and their gym space is elite. The place is super clean with brand new equipment that is appropriate for all fitness levels. When I have patients who want to start taking part in their own health I send them here because I know they do things right and help my patients become strong, functional, healthier individuals.
