My experience was mostly positive! At first when they sent me an email and called it was disconnected after I answered also I responded and no call back or nothing! After they sent out a few more emails & with the final email saying my application will be thrown out if I don’t touch base with them so I decided I will try and reach out 1 more time and I did with success. After that getting in touch with them was so easy and my approval was so easy and fast! And Rosie was amazing to deal with she even went the extra mile for me as my approval amount wasn’t enough for what I wanted but after doing a few things she made it happen. And to be honest I did not think I was going to get approved because usually I don’t because my credit is very poor with a couple re-possessions on my credit so I wasn’t even expecting to get approved at all. And I love how you can choose from a private seller or dealership! I did get one from a dealership I do feel however to get the financing company did take a little bit long then I think it should so if you go private it took a few days for them to receive the money so you will have to find someone who can be patient and wait for the money & be honest to say they received the money that was the issue I had more about patience but I was worried about them saying they didn’t receive the money so I went through a dealership. Even with my few things I still give it a 5 stars! Rosie was amazing and I can’t express that enough because I was concerned I seen some bad reviews about her and I did not have that experience

They say they approve anyone with Good, Bad or no credit but they don't! would stay away from them and also saves you from another wasted credit inquiry, as well they harass and email call and text you like crazy! Stay far away from this place as possible!

Rosie was very helpful and the financing and final sale of my vehicle went very smoothly. Thanks for your assistance.
