I came here a week ago for the $60 promo for a wash, cut, and style. It was with a level 1 hairstylist, which I was fine with. But I didn’t think she would be that bad. She barely said anything to me through my 2 hour cut, while all the other stylists were chatting and having a good time with their clients. I asked for layers and it came out so choppy, uneven, and just horrible. I had to pay $80 for that, not including tip. Update: I came back to see if anyone could fix my hair and I was saved by the senior stylist, Thomas, free of charge. He was very charismatic and had amazing attention to detail. I thought my only option was to get a bob, but he pulled off my original request for layers. Definitely shorter but 100% better than before. Will be coming back to him in the future!
