I am absolutely livid about the experience I had with this company! We were shortpaid, and the reason? Because the driver arrived early for his appointment. Are you kidding me? In a big company where timeliness is paramount, they should know better. It's common knowledge that you have to check in early to secure your appointment, and yet this driver's early arrival cost us money. Our load was booked with Randall, and I can tell you this will be the last time I ever work with these guys. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and angry. It's a shame that a company that should be a pillar of reliability and trustworthiness has let us down so miserably. If you're looking for a dependable partner in your logistics needs, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere because these guys just don't cut it.

First & last time working with this company. Booked a load with Dan, was told my driver he would be a “work in” that he would be looking at 2-2.5 hour waiting period to get loaded. Turned into a long 12 hours instead! Broker Dan refused to pay my driver any detention. Keep in mind load was max legal weight, was on the load for 4 days for a short distance & was also delivered on a holiday. (The pay was fair for the circumstances) but being held for 12 hours at the shipper with no detention being paid out not so much. Not a good first impression.
