Be careful if you’re considering this agency!! On the day of our outbound flight my spouse and I realized our seats were in completely different rows. Upon notifying the travel agency they told us to ask the flight attendants at the time of boarding! For a sold out flight!! This is unacceptable conduct for a professional travel agency company! It totally derailed the excitement for our trip and incited chaos as we scrambled to pay hundreds of dollars to correct their oversight. We were also informed that our original agent was out on vacation and couldn’t help us.. apparently that meant our situation is a lost cause. To top it off the company took no responsibility and told my spouse that it’s beyond their control when they were the ones who booked for us. A complete LIE. I could of booked better flights and I have repeatedly in the past, but due to my spouses pressuring I relented and allowed him to use this service. Never again. Save your money and a chaotic situation, look elsewhere for good customer service and bookings.
