Mosin AbbasPatty the property manager had my car towed because I ate dinner at the place next door before my booked online appointment to reserve a storage unit from their website. Here's the kicker – the lot only has signs saying "Patron Parking Only", which obviously led me to believe it was for any patron of the plaza, not specifically off-limits or assigned to any one business. I explained to her that I booked an appointment online and shared proof and she claims I didn't even a signed contract. $310 illegal tow of a disabled army veteran plated vehicle. Pure ruthless Hoping the district manager is more reasonable. Wanted to give them a chance to resolve directly before filing a police report for illegal tow. #ParkingNightmare #CustomerServiceFail #DiningDisaster

Kathryn ReardonIt has come to my attention that the review I posted last night did not reflect my feelings about First Colony Self Storage. The review was incorrectly reflected as a 1 star. This is a 5 star business! Robert and Nancy, who manage it, are the best! They are so nice and so very helpful. Plus, and this is very important, my belongings are safe there. The building is well patrolled and very, very clean. Young men who were helping my daughter move some of her things in there commented on how beautifully kept the building and storage areas are. Please believe me when I say that First Colony Self Storage is a prime place to store your treasures!
