Patty the property manager had my car towed because I ate dinner at the place next door before my booked online appointment to reserve a storage unit from their website. Here's the kicker – the lot only has signs saying "Patron Parking Only", which obviously led me to believe it was for any patron of the plaza, not specifically off-limits or assigned to any one business. I explained to her that I booked an appointment online and shared proof and she claims I didn't even a signed contract. $310 illegal tow of a disabled army veteran plated vehicle. Pure ruthless Hoping the district manager is more reasonable. Wanted to give them a chance to resolve directly before filing a police report for illegal tow. #ParkingNightmare #CustomerServiceFail #DiningDisaster
