t. martinKeith carelessly misentered my money order amount, which I immediately caught. He assured me Michael (District Mngr. ) would contact me since he couldn't do a credit adjustment. I even contacted Brenda (Property Mngr.), but she was totally indifferent and offered no escalation assistance. I decided to move despite being a long-term customer (Storage Choice) to avoid the upcoming month's drastic $70.00-rate increase after Public Storage purchased the location. On my check out date I took pictures of my vacated unit (to document no trash was left behind) since Brandon said a walk-through wasn't necessary. Before leaving I finally spoke to Michael who politely assured me that I would receive a refund by mail for the payment error. It's been over 3 months and I still haven't received it. I tried calling/texting Michael but he hasn't responded.
