Almost a year ago I needed employer insurance urgently and took out a policy. Everything was done online and I don't recall receiving any paperwork. That was fine. A month before the renewal date, I received a load of paperwork with a reminder to renew later this month. Again no problem, but why couldn't this have been done online? I had a query about my policy so phoned them and assured them that I would be renewing. Since then they have called me twice, once informing me to renew and I'm not sure about the second time: I didn't answer. I could do without this harassment and it makes me feel like looking for another provider.

Absolutely dreadful company I’ve tried nine times to do an insurance quote for carers online- only to keep reaching an error message at the end… you ring up and you’ve got some automated woman going on and on and on and nobody answers the phone!
