I’ve been a member at Gold’s Gym Highland Meadows for a while now, but the restroom conditions have become unacceptable. The bathrooms are consistently dirty there’s often no toilet paper, forcing members like me to carry our own wipes. The water faucets take forever to turn on, and there’s barely any soap in the dispensers most of the time. What’s even more concerning is that the staff seems to ignore these issues even when they’re clearly visible. I’ve seen dirty items left on the restroom floors and in the locker room on more than one occasion (I attached photos from two separate incidents). When I brought this up to the manager, he acted like I was being rude and making it up. He didn’t know that I actually had proof which I’m now including here so people can see what members deal with. That experience, along with the poor restroom maintenance, led me to cancel my membership. For a gym that promotes health and cleanliness, the restroom and locker room standards really need attention. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves maintenance, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness soon.

UPDATE: The shower does not have any type of hot water. If you are looking to shower here don’t expect any hot water. This gym is really nice. I really like the aesthetic inside here. The people who help me get started. Let me know that it was a dollar to sign up that day. I forgot her name, but she was really cool. Really funny one of the girls, but I like this location cause it’s close to my house remodeled And there’s not many people at midday but just so you know I’m gonna let you know that the holiday hours are different.

The members don’t re-rack their weights and if they do, most of them put them anywhere. The employees don’t encourage members to have better gym etiquette and usually just hang out at the desk instead of at least putting weights in proper places. This place has so much potential to be a good gym but at the very least, I wish there were employees willing to go make sure weights are put up in proper places

Hardcore gym but also very friendly and welcoming. And very affordable. I've been coming here since 1991 and my son now works out here, too. Update: some new equipment but still the same hardcore gym.
