The locally-owned, community gym that you may not have known was there, but once you do.. you may just find that it's the critical piece of your journey that you're looking for. Fantastic, caring, family-like personal trainers who truly individualize their programming for you. Great equipment with more versatility than you can ever imagine. Ease of use of the facility without this massive corporate feel. This place has been such an important piece in my own recent journey towards betterment, and I've seen countless people walk through the door next to me, be met with such a sense of positivity but push for growth in whatever ways they hope to grow (or lose :).. Make sure FJ is on your list of facilities to check out. I promise you won't be disappointed if you reach out and take the step in like I did!

Can’t say enough amazing things about this place!! It’s small but had everything you need to complete daily work outs. The owners and trainers are fantastic to work with. Shout out to my personal favorite Maddux!! I love coming in each day, being greeted by all and encouraged throughout. I highly recommend for anyone working on a healthier lifestyle.

This place is fabulous and has made a huge difference for me through my physical journey. They treat you like family. Maddux, my trainer, makes working out enjoyable and doable. Highly recommend him and any of the other trainers.
