Just placed my first order recently for one pull out basket to try in an old pantry cupboard before I spend more on updating my kitchen gradually. Very impressed with the quality and smoothness of the runners, the anthracite colour is a nice sleek alternative to shiny chrome. Called to ask an aftersales question and had a lovely chat with the boss Dan. He was very friendly and helpful, seems honest, not like the typical pushy kitchen sales people. He was passionate about his industry and growing the range of products with quality in mind, explaining how it takes time to select suppliers and materials to last. I have already recommended the company to friends and I love the idea you can buy small quantities. A good find, they're on Amazon and you can also buy direct from the warehouse in Manchester. Constructive feedback: instructions were pants, no words just a diagram, so I used my common sense and laid the basket with runners on a couple of blocks for support, measured to get it central and in line, marked through the holes with a sharpie pen and did 3mm pilot holes to ensure the screws didn't split the chipboard. All done on my own in less than 15 minutes 🙂

Customer service is outstanding. I purchased some handles a little while ago and needed 2 more. After speaking to them, they said unfortunately the handles were discontinued and would no longer be in stock. To my surprise, I received 2 this week alongside a really nice note that they managed to find some spare and sent it out to me. All comms from them have been prompt and my inital order was sent out really quickly. They also resolved an issue I raised the same day. I would check out their eBay store and you can see their feedback on there - seems more reflective of my experience I had with them rather than the limited reviews on here. Ordered the wrong size pull out kitchen baskets in error,discussed over the phone and decided it would be easier to take them back for an exchange as I was less tha 40 miles away. Took them to the trade counter , exchanged and paid the difference. The staff were very professional, efficient and helpful . The product quality is excellent and price very reasonable. Can highly recommend.

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable! They went the extra mile for me (knowing very little about soft close hinges!). They sourced the correct bathroom cabinet hinges after I bombarded them with photos - plus they sent them out FOC as I had previously misordered twice due to my ignorance. Pretty rare these days so highly recommended.
