completely disappointed... they refused to correct their own mistake. I purchased a few jackets, and they were different sizes, they always do the same mistake. They refused to change it on the fact that the plastic bag was not accurately open, broken by the cashier at the moment of purchase.

We visited the shop last week and were impressed by the excellent service—attentive, supportive, and friendly. I also want to highlight the helpful and kind phone center staff, who directed me to the shop during an emergency. The store offers a great mix of essential products and extras, with an excellent selection of consumables and glassware.

I was surprised for no reason and verbally attacked, pushed by this NISBETS employee while checking if there was a number of the Chef's shirt that I wanted to buy, for no reason shouting at me to leave what I had taken and put in my pocket and pushed and told to leave the store and at the same time he ripped off the shirt he had in his hand and said he wouldn't buy anything there. This happened today at exactly 1:35 pm.Not to mention the embarrassment of there being other customers in the store and making me feel embarrassed. When I told him that if he insisted I would call the police and he just told me that "Do you think the police are going to come here just for this reason?” I'm really speechless about this attitude. I try to show him that if he wanted to check me and look at all my pockets (I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to steal a chef's shirt and put it in his pants pocket), but he refused and I continued to say things.Finally, his other co-worker called the manager, he listened to me and I asked him to take the necessary measures for this situation, which I will wait to find out if this was done. I explained the situation to the manager and said that under no circumstances could he arrive so hastily without reaching conclusions.You have the day and time of this event and you at NISBETS have the cameras, I ask in public that you check and take the necessary measures with this employee so that this does not happen again. I have my registration in this store and have been buying for several years. The Manager finally told me that he would take action about this situation and even tried to give me the shirt without me paying. I rejected the offer, paid for my shirt and left the store. I did not receive an apology from the employee who accused me. This is really unacceptable.
